DOMESTIC AIR FREIGHT Module

The CargoTrac™ Domestic Airfreight Operations module is an integral part of the family of systems interfacing to financial, management and customer support system .

Designed to follow the exact operational procedures of the domestic forwarder, which differs both speed and flexibility to the normal export forwarding operations, the system is completely menu driven.

Data relative to the shipment is collected as it becomes available with the system screen designs mirroring the actual forms which are completed( i.e. - HAWB's manifests, and others). This ensures that data entry operators in either the operations or accounting departments are fluent with the applications as early as possible and that the shipments are processed as quickly as possible

From the initial entry of the shipment details, to credit checking and billing, the domestic system offers true flexibility at all times. Shipments can be direct, consolidated, time released, partial released or co-loaded depending on the type of service required.

Unlike international services, domestic movements often require faster processing and reporting due to the very nature of the shipment. During the house bill creation, the operator mar assign the shipment to any number of services provided by their company.
