CargoTrac EUROPE Module
The CargoTrac™ system offers a variety of
special characteristics for use by European
forwarders. Features such as VAT, foreign
currency and European forms allow for a
universality within the FDS INTERNATIONAL
system that is second to none.
Value Added Tax (VAT):
Captures VAT amounts of shipments
Calculates VAT amounts of shipments
Reports VAT amounts shipments
Fully integrated in both operational and
financial modules
Reports assist accounting personnel in keeping
track of VAT amounts due or receivable
Foreign Currency:
Converts foreign currencies to local currency
Allows for billing, receipt and payment in
either local or foreign currencies
Maintains General ledger amounts in local
currency for uniformity
Completely integrated in accounting and
billing modules
In addition to the above, the CargoTrac™
system includes a forms generator that allows
its users to design country specific required
forms (i.e. C88 for UK). This feature provides
for a greater flexibility within the system to
operate on a worldwide level.
