LANDED COST Module

The Landed Cost Module gives you the ability to provide vital information to your customer in an almost instantaneous fashion. Irrespective of whether the request is on a quantity or purchase order basis, the information can be processed and provided both accurately and expeditiously.

The Landed Cost Module system can be fully integrated with our Custom House Brokerage (CHB) and Billing Modules. Files may be accessed in a variety of ways such as by importer's name, file number, import date ranges or a combination of all selected files can then be analyzed for landed cost detail purposes. Print programs are available with user selected criteria to make the system comprehensive.

Some of the features of this application include:

IMPORT INTERFACE
All files subject to landed cost analysis (Import) may be entered using the shipment initialization program under the Custom House Brokerage module. Once the shipment initialization and billing information is complete, the user may transfer the CHB data to the landed cost analysis section.

BILLING INTERFACE
Billing information can be incorporated into the calculations of the landed cost. The Landed Cost Module system will automatically pickup all related revenues form the billing system (i.e. - duty, tax, freight, brokerage, etc.). Additional charges may also be appended with if they are to be included in the landed cost calculation but not on the actual invoice.

FLEXIBILITY
The system may be used effectively to simulate landed cost figures based on manually entered information. A specific shipment number may be set up for pure forecasting and or simulation purposes. Within this record, sample figures may be entered with appropriate style numbers (Tsusa Numbers) for a selected potential customer.

This feature does not require the CHB or billing data and acts as a stand alone system. To create desired results, estimated commercial invoice values, fees, etc. may be entered and modified at will.
