NVOCC  Module

The CargoTrac NVOCC System is completely menu driven and totally interactive providing for a multi user environment featuring specialized data input screens and extensive cross referencing of information. The system encompasses all phases of NVOCC and the design follows the normal flow of a NVO's operations, from the initial data collection, through manifesting, documentation production, shipment scheduling, billing, tracking and tracing. In addition, the system has the ability to hold tariff items which act as standard charge codes, thereby, allowing completely automated rating to occur.

Tracking and Tracing
This application provides a flexible and powerful method of tracing and tracking freight bills entered into the system. To allow the operator total flexibility, the system is menu driven and you may select from the following criteria when known:

By Shipper/By Date Range/By Carrier
By Shipper reference number
By Consignee's/By Date Range/By Carrier
By Consignee's Reference Number
By temporary Shipper
By temporary consignee

Accounting
This system provides for a consolidation reconciliation process to distribute profit share to overseas agents and coloaders. This application is also fully integrated with the CargoTrac Accounting modules.
