WAREHOUSE / INVENTORY  Module

The Warehousing and Inventory Logistic System allows for simple, flexible storage and tracking of warehoused goods. The system uses a lot numbering system which allows the user to store goods as time release, partial shipment and awaiting transit.

The records interface into various operational modules creating the basis for the shipment record as the goods are moved. Many management reports are generated by this system to ensure that goods are correctly tracked and not "lost" in the warehouse.

This application provides forwarders and brokers with immeasurable tools in sales and marketing along with the ability to also provide tracking and tracing. The system enables the company to maintain inventory levels at the warehouse by branch, customer and other relevant factors.

The system alerts the forwarding warehouse either via a report or the system can pre-book the receipt into the warehouse via the packing list
